Founded by Gurmit Kler, Visual Fuse brings decades of experience working at the intersection of academia and industry. From global brands like Procter & Gamble, GSK, and HSBC to ambitious start-ups and public sector partners, we understand what it takes to move ideas from insight to implementation.

Gurmit Kler is a strategist, connector, and changemaker with over 20 years experience in turning academic research into industry-ready solutions.
As former Director of Business Engagement and Research Impact at the University of Birmingham, she led flagship collaborations with global firms bridging the gap between discovery and delivery.
Her approach combines strategic insight with a grounded, human perspective. As a qualified yoga teacher and avid runner, Gurmit brings balance, clarity, and purpose to every partnership. Her philosophy is shaped by resilience, discipline, and adaptability whether guiding high-stakes decisions or helping teams thrive.
